Gospel Connection is owned and operated by the one and only DJ Done also known as (Alistair Liddell) sharing “The Gospel to all the World… then it’s Finish”. I started GC in 2004 with the inspiration and main endeavor to spread the word. By using my talent to future the Lord’s work, I pray that I will help someone connect to God through this ministry of music. My strong hold is to build a structure so everyone can have their hands on the words of God. When I began GC I started by donating some of my services to different Churches, Schools, and Social events and everyone loved what I did, with all the thanks and glory to God. GC is a small business with little overhead so I offer a very reasonable price without sacrificing quality. GC is a Christ based business. With my family, my lovely Wife (Denise) and our daughter Denisha, we want to reach out and touch lives and change hearts. Born in Brooklyn, raised in Trinidad, and then returning to Brooklyn, James R. Thom introduced to some but represented to many is now the infamous DJ Ray.

I started with a keyboard at the age of eight picking out a tune or two by ear. My love for music was always there and just grew and grew. I started playing for churches and local groups in my then home town Brooklyn. Church Services and socials have never been the same since.

At the age of 20 I needed to further my education and talents. Disappointed, but still seeking a new and more challenging ground I moved to, my now home state, Florida. Always expecting more of myself I continued to play for churches, but I did see a need for a Gospel DJ to let people hear and see the Glory of God through Music. As years went by my name spread and people really loved my work. I was later inspired to start a Gospel group of my own and help spread the word of the Lord and His soon coming through music. This music ministry has been divinely known as Gospel Connection.
